User Capacity and Authority

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing our services on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

For the purposes of these terms, "Platform" refers to the Digitalnextfirst website, mobile applications, and all associated services and content related to video production education.

2. User Account and Registration

3. Educational Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided through our platform, including but not limited to video lessons, written materials, graphics, software, and course structures, is the exclusive property of Digitalnextfirst or our licensed content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use of Content

  • Access content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
  • Download materials explicitly marked as downloadable for offline study
  • Take notes and create personal study materials based on our content

Prohibited Content Activities

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content except as specifically permitted in these terms. This includes:

Refunds are not available for completed courses where certificates have been issued, or where substantial course materials have been downloaded. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.

Price Changes and Grandfathering

Existing subscribers will maintain their current pricing for the duration of their subscription term. Price increases for subscription renewals will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

5. User Conduct and Community Standards

Our platform fosters a respectful learning environment. Users are expected to interact professionally and constructively with instructors and fellow students through comments, forums, and other interactive features.

Prohibited Activities and Consequences

The following activities may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination:

  • Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
  • Attempting to circumvent payment systems or access restrictions

We monitor community interactions to maintain educational quality. Users who repeatedly violate community standards may lose access to interactive features or face complete account suspension.

If you encounter inappropriate behavior from other users, please report it immediately through our support channels. We take all reports seriously and investigate them promptly while maintaining appropriate confidentiality.

We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, employment opportunities, or income levels as a result of completing our courses. Success in video production depends on many factors including individual effort, market conditions, and continued learning.

The video production industry varies significantly by region and specialization. Local market conditions, client preferences, and technical requirements may differ from examples presented in our courses.

Liability Limitations

  • Total liability limited to amounts paid for the specific course or service
  • No liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

9. Termination and Account Suspension

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account through your account settings or by contacting our support team. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or suspicious activity.

Voluntary Account Closure

When you close your account voluntarily, you will lose access to courses and materials, though you may retain access through the end of any paid subscription period. Downloaded materials for offline viewing may become inaccessible after account closure.

Data Retention After Termination:

Personal information is retained for 90 days after voluntary account closure to allow for account reactivation. After this period, personal data is securely deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

Involuntary Termination Procedures

  1. Warning issued for first-time minor violations
  2. Temporary suspension for repeated or moderate violations
  3. Account review period allows for dispute resolution
  4. Permanent termination for serious violations or repeat offenses
  5. Immediate termination for fraudulent activity or legal violations

Users whose accounts are terminated for policy violations may not be eligible for refunds of unused subscription time or course fees. We will provide written notice of termination reasons when possible, though immediate termination may be necessary for security reasons.

Effect of Termination
